Rubicon provides
as standard a 24-hour service support cover for all European
customers and all installations further afield will be advised
lead time upon contact depending on their location. In any
event telephone support is given free of charge.
In the event of a breakdown
our engineers will advise, or attend to assess the failure.
Repairs can often be completed at this time; as our range
of supplier parts should ensure your facility is up and running
with the minimum amount of disruption.
